Apple and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast Recipe

Ingredients Of Apple And Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
For the French toast:
1 raisin baguette (you can use a normal bread too)
Butter, to pan fry
1 tsp icing sugar, to garnish
Strawberry sauce, to garnish

For the Sauteed Apples:
1 tsp butter
Cinnamon powder, a pinch
2 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp lemon juice

For the Filling:
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sauteed apples (Saute the diced apples)
1 tsp orange zest

2 eggs
1- 1.5 cup milk
Cinnamon powder, a pinch
How to Make Apple and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
For the Sauteed Apples:In a pan add butter. When it melts add diced apples. Saute for a minute.Add cinnamon powder, orange juice and lemon juice. Cook till apples absorb all the juice.
For the batter:In a bowl whip the milk, eggs and cinnamon together.
For the Filling:Mix cream cheese, sauteed apples and orange zest together.
For the French Toast: Take the baguette and slice it into half diagonally. Remove the extra brown crust from all sides.(Baguette is a long thin loaf of French bread. You can use normal bread too)Slice it from the middle but not all the way, just from one side.Fill it with the apple & cream cheese mixture.Coat it with the batter and pan fry it with butter.Dust some icing sugar and garnish with some strawberry sauce.Serve.
